ZBC serial vacuum exhaust system is the equipment specially developed by our company according to market requirement and operating requirement. It is mainly applied into conical twin-screw extruder of powder raw materials such as PVC. It is not only necessary to pump vacuum but also necessary to have occasion for collecting powder raw materials.
This equipment features compact structure, simple installation & operation and beautiful appearance. The equipped vacuum pump is superior SZ serial vacuum pump independently developed by our company. There is filter equipped inside the dust collection barrel. “Working” and “overhaul” valves could ensure that the normal working of extruder is not influenced when the dust is collected. The check valve could prevent the normal production from being influenced for the water is reversely absorbed into the main engine under the circumstance that the vacuum pump runs reversely due to misoperation.
This equipment is also applicable for vacuum dehydration in papermaking industry, vacuum distillation in chemical industry and other industries.
